I really like the location, It’s easy on and off the Interstate. The room is spacious and very clean. The staff are all very friendly and eager to help in any way they can. Katie was my housekeeper and she always goes above and beyond to clean and replace everything. She is so friendly and sweet. My experience with the Hotel has been nothing short of incredible.
The cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Seriously, no signs of any damage in the furniture, no mysterious stains or hastily put drywall on the walls. Everything was immaculate, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was nice and hot and the items were being rotated frequently. I'd happily stay here again, zero questions asked. Easy on and off to 10 to get you to Beaumont or Lake Charles with ease and plenty of parking even on a late Saturday evening.
The room was spacious and clean, very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was real. Fresh and tasty. I love the variety. Ms Sandy was like your grandmother making sure you had everything your heart desired. She never stopped moving and helping. I’d like to take her to every property I stay at.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from, including fresh items that were well prepared and nicely presented. Everything tasted great and it was a perfect way to start the day. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. Gilbert, the Front Desk Manager, was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel like true VIPs. He checked us in smoothly and took the time to share amazing recommendations on what to do and where to go. His energy was warm, friendly, and genuinely personable — he truly delivered the full diamond member experience. The property itself is gorgeous. Everything feels welcoming and well cared for. Breakfast was a highlight — the French toast and sausage were chef’s kiss good! Fresh, flavorful, and the perfect start to the day. Now let’s talk about the room — immaculate. Spotlessly clean, fresh-smelling, and beautifully maintained. You can tell the staff takes pride in every detail. Every interaction with the team was pleasant and professional. This stay exceeded expectations from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be coming back soon!
Room was spotless! Beds are comfortable! Location felt safe. AC was cold!!!!! We arrived late. Checked in through the Wyndham app! Key was ready when we arrived! Took 5 minutes at the counter! We skipped the FREE breakfast because we had a late dinner but it looked very good!
This hotel was very beautiful and CLEAN ! The breakfast was always fresh. They have a lot of options to choose from. The waffles and French toast were my favorites!! The rooms are spacious with a beautiful design. The BED WAS AWESOME! The staff were very friendly and attentive!! We will definitely be back
I travel often for work and this La Quinta location is one of, if not the nicest location that I stay in across the US. So much so, that I drive 45 minutes out of my way to stay here. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. Whatever management is doing here; great team and beautiful hotel, keep it up and spread the plan!!
